This is a very simple opinion, it is the battery that my laptop uses, it is easy to change (don't be afraid) and it works perfectly. Just make sure it is the one you need, you can search by your laptop model or by the alphanumeric code of the battery you are changing (F7HVR) in my case.

Old battery did the willy wonka routine, not quite turning violet but I could swear it was about to. Replacement works as advertised, no willy wonka, and holds a charge. Props to the designers of the XPS for knowing the battery would be the first thing to go and putting it front and center with *zero* adhesive. Hard to find modern products engineered properly like that.

Followed instructions, bought the right tools, and it's given my laptop new life!! Will need a Phillips Head #00 and #1, with t5 Torx screwdriver, along with a prying pick.

This battery works perfect. Looks like oem and charge and perform as expected. Has a small gap, but not a big deal.
