I've been way overdue for a new laptop battery and after searching through the products on macbatteryshop, I decided on this one. It is a great value for the product. It came with all the necessary tools to install the new battery and clear instructions. I am satisfied and definitely happy about having a long battery life again!

Battery installation was easier than expected! My 2017 MacBook Air had no problem recognizing battery, and battery came with some charge. I’m sure there are some defective ones out there judging by some comments, but hopefully that’s not the case anymore. One thing that would make this deal even better is if this battery also came with the screws holding the battery in place. I know some places take them off, and forget to put them back, so by the time you open it up, and you’re ready to put your new battery, there might be some missing, other than that, the battery is great so far, checked the specs, and it is what they say.

My Early 2014 Macbook Air started showing the dreaded "Service Battery" message. I tried every which way to clear it but nothing worked. I had over 700 cycles and figured it was time to replace it as it was a 6-year-old laptop, and had started to run really slow and the battery would discharge after a couple of hours. Found this one and let me say, it works great. The battery capacity according to macbatteryshop comes it at 8190 mah which is above the 8000 mah design capacity. It was very easy to install thanks to Youtube. My laptop works great again and is back up to full power and speed.
