It came in today and I installed it. I charged it following the directions I found in the questions above. My MacBook Pro holds a better charge so far. I'll be watching closely, monitoring the temperature and trying to ensure all is well. So far I'm happy with this battery, though.

This turned out to be wrong for my laptop, although mine is among those listed as the right size- so I really don't know the details. I gave it 4 stars across the board, as it LOOKS like a good product.

I am not very tech savy but I was able to follow a youtube video and install this myself. Before using this product, my A1278 was giving me an error that said replace battery. As soon as I replaced battery and powered on my computer the battery was already charged to 77%, once fully charged the battery lasts about 5 hours which I think its great! This is definately a quality product as works as advertised.

I appreciate that this replacement battery comes with all the tools and instruction to replace the original battery. This makes the replacement easy. The Apple A1322 battery lasts for a whole day of use after each charge.I recommend it!

I love it that it comes with the torx screws and an extra set of external screws for your macbook. Very classy. The battery goes in without much fuss and is pretty easy to install. You will want to go over some youtube videos first to understand the inner structure and replacement process / layout of the interior if you have not opened your mac before. Otherwise, this is a great option to give your ailing battery / macbook new life. Highly recommend as an affordable replacement
