It is easy to install and save my 6 years of mac. My mac is the 2014 version, and the battery has been out of power for a while. This battery saved my MacBook. In general, the tool kit is enough, and the battery at this price is also good. If you need to replace your mac with a new battery, it is great and worth recommending.

I've been way overdue for a new laptop battery and after searching through the products on google, I decided on this one. It is a great value for the product. My Early 2014 macbook pro 2012 started showing the dreaded "Service Battery" message. I tried every which way to clear it but nothing worked. I had over 700 cycles and figured it was time to replace it as it was a 6 year old laptop, and had started to run really slow and the battery would discharge after a couple of hours.

The battery arrived unused. Screen shot shows zero cell count. It comes with three different screw driver types, so nothing additional was needed. Battery life was around 2-3 hours and it鈥檚 averaging just over 7 hours. Great choice for the price! I'd probably purchase again.

The original battery finally died on my Mac laptop so decided to try another brand other than an Apple replacement. So far happy with my purchase, holds a charge nicely and it was a perfect fit. It even came with the special screwdriver that is needed. I would buy again.
